License Agreement

Brain Teaser — Effective: 2026-03-19

Grant of License

Brain Teaser ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Brain Teaser ("the Software") for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
You may not use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You may not sublicense or transfer your rights under this agreement.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including intellectual property rights, remain with Brain Teaser. This license conveys no ownership.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Brain Teaser may terminate upon breach. Upon termination, cease all use and destroy all copies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Brain Teaser BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
